Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


Exchange Policy

  • We offer an exchange-only policy.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges can be initiated by logging into our website and selecting the exchange option.
  • Only size exchanges are permitted.
  • Products can be exchanged with any other available product, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Charges

  • An exchange charge of ₹99 per item is applicable.
  • The exchange amount must be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • Partial COD amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.


Exchange Process

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted within 2 working days of approval.
  • Customers must ensure the correct product is handed over.
  • The entire exchange process may take 7–15 working days.
  • Replacement products will be dispatched only after the returned item is received and approved at our warehouse.


Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is available for most pin codes.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable or fails, customers must self-ship the product to the address mentioned on the invoice.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or missing products.
  • A 360-degree parcel opening video is mandatory to raise such complaints.
  • Complaints must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • If approved after quality inspection, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–8 working days.


Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Requests raised beyond the allowed period will not be accepted.
